- Security system (SOD) – a company representative is available 24/7 to respond to any failure or damage in case of an alert by the security company.
- Thorough cleaning of the house indoors and outdoors twice a year included in the package service price
- Regular inspections of the property for possible damages after each storm or strong winds
- Clearing the snow around the house after each snowfall
- Preparing the property for the winter season including:
- Suspension of water supply from the yard towards the house and draining the plumbing system from water
- Sanitary wear treatment to prevent possible low temperatures cracking
- Insulating the external water meter with thermal wool
- Preparing the property for the summer season including the following:
- Dewinterizing the plumbing system
- Thorough cleaning of the house indoors and outdoors
- Communication with neighbours or other people (if necessary)
- Rent-a-car arrangements (upon request)
- Arranging transfers from the airport (included in the price for the property owners)
- Providing a Welcome Package for the property owners or their guests. The list can be compiled according to the customer personal preferences
- Full support and assistance to the owners and their guests during their stay in Bulgaria
- Providing satellite television and internet service for your holiday home
- Doing repairs upon request
- Arranging and monitoring repair works and activities
- Company accounting year-end procedures and submission of annual reports by the company accountant for inoperative companies which have purchased property in Bulgaria. The operative companies are charged extra for the accountant.
